Put a big red stop sign on your mirror (literally or in your imagination) and just tell yourself to STOP anytime you go into judgment of your body? Then shift to a positive, complimentary thought about yourself or your body. Accept your negative thoughts with love and shift your attention to something more positive.

That will take some practice. Those negative judgments weren’t born yesterday. They have probably been with you for so long that they have become habits. Now you have to form new positive habits.
