What happens when you focus your intention on wellness, joy, and happiness? It changes something in your awareness. You will either feel lighter or heavier.

Whenever you feel lighter it means you are more aware of who you really are. Your energy is flowing more freely. You feel happier and every cell in your body vibrates in harmony with your uplifted feeling. If you feel heavier it is a sign that you are resisting something. Resistance is at the root of all problems and dis-eases. This has been proved by science.

We all have resistance at times. It seems to be part of human nature, but we don't have to get stuck in it so long that it makes us miserable, sick, depressed, or even diseased. Fortunately we have some excellent energy healing tools to clear resistance and stuck energy.

Does the inclusion of nutrition surprise you? Food may not seem like energy, because it is solid. We can pick it up and feel the weight of it, but like our bodies, food is also made of energy. Some foods have a lot more life-giving energy than others. Those are the foods that will help to create vibrant health and wellness.

Other tools like Reiki, The Bars, and EFT (AKA "Tapping" or Emotional Freedom Techniques) are powerful hands-on energy healing modalities that have been used all over the world to bring harmony and healing to millions of people. They all work on the energy systems of the body.

Sometimes these tools seem to work like magic, and if you define magic the way I do, they are magic. I like Dion Fortune's definition, "Magic is the art of changing consciousness at will." Our will or intention is the most powerful tool we have. When we use our will to change our consciousness, we can change our reality. Access Consciousness offers many tools to change our consciousness at will.

Whether your energy is uplifted by giving or receiving Reiki (hands on or from a distance), Tapping on your acupressure meridians, improving your nutrition, or clearing your brain with The Bars, you will benefit in multiple ways. I cannot predict what these modalities will do for you, but I have witnessed positive results in myself and others whenever I use them, so I know they support healing on all levels.

Unlike medical drugs, these energy modalities have no negative side effects. They work quickly. They are simple and easy to use, and they support all aspects of your being, creating more harmony and balance.


What is the difference between Access Bars and Reiki, Cranial-Sacral work, or using Acupuncture points?

Access Bars was channeled by Access Consciousness founder Gary Douglas in the early 1990s. The points may appear to be cranial-sacral or acupuncture points, but they have a different function when used as part of the Access Bars process. No other method seems to generate the changes that are created with Access Bars.

In my experience, Reiki is a subtle and calming energy that is excellent for stress relief and relaxation, while receiving the Bars clears out the "static in your head," resulting in more clarity and expanded consciousness. Both are very valuable energy healing tools.
