Sometimes life feels like a cyclone. So many things are happening, swirling around us, crashing into our awareness. It’s tempting to just hole up in a safe space until the commotion passes—but it never does for long.
That’s just the way it is in these tumultuous times. We live where the cold front and warm front meet, as the New Earth overtakes the old order. This too shall pass.
Now the beauty of Autumn unfolds around us in the Northern Hemisphere, and we know the storms are coming. Rather than bracing against them as I often do, maybe it’s time to grab our brooms and take to the skies. After all, Halloween is right around the corner. Woohoo!
This Month
I’ve never had a kidney stone, but I’ve heard the horror stories. Definitely not something I want to experience. Read the first article to learn how to prevent them.
Then find out what works and what doesn’t so much when it comes to chemotherapy. You might be surprised.
Another surprise, to me at least, was that replacing meat with eggs raised mortality rates in a recent study… which doesn’t mean going back to eating meat is the solution. Best results came with removing both.
